Meet Matt, our Founder and Director, the man who built Rubix Solutions from scratch. His chief responsibility is Rubix’s business development and long-term growth strategy. Matt brings technical depth and some sharp thinking to the business, drawn from over fifteen years of both recruitment services and sales in the telecommunications and information technology sectors across Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.
Ryan is an experienced recruitment leader with over 10 years industry experience. During his tenure at Rubix, Ryan has enjoyed notable personal success, whilst helping to drive Rubix solutions growth in the IT sector – developing relationships with leading Fortune 500 companies & start-ups alike.
Outside of work Ryan is an avid traveller, having visited 30 plus countries to date. His personal highlight being a road trip around New Zealand’s north & south islands in 2015, featuring a sky dive from 15,000 ft. He’s an avid gym go-er, runner & lover of all things sport – rugby & skiing particularly.
Ryan is always on had to connect with candidates & clients/prospects alike, placing pride on his knowledgeable & personal approach.
John’s vast experience across Financial Markets, Small Business Investments, Telecommunications and Media has allowed him to develop a very broad skillset. John thrives on building strong relationships with our candidates and clients and is the reason Rubix is a preferred supplier to so many businesses.
Away from work, John spends his time raising money for The Human Development Foundation in Bangkok, which accommodates and supports orphans and street children.
Hayley has over 6 years experience in recruitment, project management and operations across a number of sectors, primarily within construction and IT.
She is passionate about helping businesses and the community at large. One of the greatest joys for Hayley in her recruiting experience has been working in New Zealand assisting in the restoration of communities after being torn by earthquakes.
Having developed a hands on experience in the construction industry, she has migrated to the ever changing and exciting world of Information Technology.

Ed’s expertise lie within the wireless and fixed line Telecommunications space, focussing on delivering high-level resources to the major NBN rollout project. Ed has dedicated the last seven years of his career to resourcing and networking in the Telecommunications industry, which has led to a genuine understanding of both client requirements and candidate suitability. Since then, he has become a very well-respected figure in the industry.
Sean is an International Recruitment Consultant who possesses extensive experience recruiting across Europe and the Asia Pacific markets. Sean’s proven himself to be a vital piece of the Rubix puzzle in building strategic pipelines of resource pools across Telecommunications verticals. Sean lives to the motto “The pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity. The optimist sees opportunity in every difficulty.”
Sean is passionate about the evolution of telecommunications networks, and believes the superseded fixed-line networks will be quickly overridden by the far more superior wireless technologies.
Monica has over 10 years of customer service and sales experience across multiple industries including Hospitality, Events, and in Entertainment. She enjoys analysing client’s problems and providing solutions.
Monica thrives on connecting with people on a deeper level and helping others by understanding their interests and skills. She’s able to help them whether they’d be friends, families or clients.
Monica is passionate about personal growth and development for herself, and for those around her, wanting people to be the best versions of themselves.
Outside of work Monica is extremely passionate about charities. She has volunteered for many non-for-profit organisations where the funds raised go towards the MS Research, RSPCA, The Garvan Institute of Medical Research, Lifeline, AIME, and for the Kokoda Youth foundation, to name a few.
